SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer several shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. International shipping is not available.
Damages SeaStyle Luxury is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
